There were 2 rounds to the interview, first being a digital interview followed by a behavioural assessment. The digital interview was fairly straightforward, done via webcam and with fairly standard questions. Some preparation and knowledge of Accenture is required. The behavioural assessment is rigourous, so do expect questions that will challenge your beliefs and personality.

一面是群面，首先有一個簡短的英文自我介紹，之后主要的形式為咨詢case，一個小組共有六個人，case的資料為全英文，具體case內容因為時間太久，印象不深了，在討論和匯報的過程可以選擇中文或英文。
二面是單面，一定要帶紙質簡歷！面試的應該是某個團隊的負責人，仍然是先自我介紹，大概兩到三分鐘，可以選擇中文，之后問得問題包括了項目經歷的一些細節、對數字化服務這個趨勢的看法等，面試的后半段是全英文面。題主提示面試咨詢公司一定要注意你的邏輯思維，結構性，每回答一個問題都要體現出你清晰的有層次、重點的邏輯結構。
很遺憾沒有進入第三輪面試。

在網上投簡歷，項目組急著要人，所以問的問題都很實際，就是崗位需要的你能不能做到。項目組的人直接面試，實習工資兩千多一個月吧。我覺得挺不錯的，主要是帶教的人很nice。
